UK Court Found Ben Igbinedion Guilty Of Battering His 3-Year-Old NephewTo Death; Faces Life Behind Bars

Ben Igbinedion
A railway conductor who battered his three-year-old nephew to death in south London in March after he wet the bed is facing life behind bars today (Thurs, Nov. 7).

Ben Igbinedion, 44, inflicted some of the worst injuries ever seen on a child after he flew into a rage at little Daniel Evbuomwan. He died later in hospital of injuries described as "catastrophic".

The Old Bailey heard Daniel was found unconscious the next morning and died in hospital from internal bleeding, a shattered pelvis and fractured ribs. Professor Tony Risden, the leading paediatric pathologist who carried out the post mortem, said the injuries were some of the worst he had ever come across.

He was staying at the home of Ben Igbinedion in Bromley, south-east London, as he had on other occasions, when he was attacked.

Igbinedion is to be sentenced on 22 November.

  1. what can a 3 yr old do to any human being that cannot be forgiven.
some times these stories baffle me and i wonder if he was once a child, or if he is a perfect human being.
    he got what he deserved.
